Booking a tour is easy and can be accomplished either by calling us or sending us your completed tour registration form (below), in which case we'll call you. We provide a friendly personalized approach to booking so we don't use an automated internet booking system.

Bookings can be made by calling
864 901 6636 Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm EST, Sunday 12:00PM to 3:00PM EST. We’ll confirm availability, discounts, and answer questions. A $400.00 per person deposit is due when you make your reservation.We will need all the information on the registration form so you will want to have that ready. Often we can give you a booking confirmation immediately over the phone, answer your questions and help you with related items such as the purchase of airline tickets. You will receive a confirmation letter, detailed travel insurance information, and other tour documents in about a week.

Complete the reservation from and mail it with your check or payment information or you can fax it to us if you are paying by credit card. You will receive a confirmation letter, detailed travel insurance information, and other tour documents in about a week. Incomplete reservations forms may delay your tour confirmation.
STEP 3 Airline Tickets
Once your reservation is confirmed, proceed to purchase your airline tickets. The arrival and departure airport codes are indicated in the table of contents. We will greet arrivals at these airports only between 08:00am and 12:00 noon local time. Mid to late morning arrival times in Europe work best since your hotel room may not be available until early afternoon. Consider arriving a day early or extending your stay afterward. We can make these arrangements for you.
STEP 4 Flight details
If you make your own flight arrangements, call us with your arrival details so we can greet you at the airport when your flight arrives in Europe. Note the arrival and departure airport codes in the table of contents.
STEP 5 Passport Check
Check your passport. Make sure it’s valid at least 6 months beyond your departure date. Passport applications are available at post offices and on line at
